It is inevitable that the pre-expander will have problems after using it for a long time, don't panic!

1. Uneven heating

Symptoms: foaming on one side but not expanding on the other

Solution: First check whether the heating tube is burned out, and use a multimeter to measure the power supply. Then clean the residue on the heating plate. Sometimes the glue cannot transfer heat if it is too sticky.

2. The air pressure cannot be increased

Symptoms: the plastic particles are not expanding

Solution: First look at the air compressor pressure gauge, which is normally 6-8Bar. If the pressure is enough but the pre-expander machine still does not respond, it is probably that the solenoid valve is blocked. Remove it and wipe the valve core with alcohol.

3. The outlet is blocked

Symptoms: The product is intermittent like squeezing toothpaste

Trick: Stop the machine immediately! Use a copper brush to clean the screw, and never use iron tools to scratch it. Remember to use special cleaning materials to run the machine after daily use.

4. Temperature out of control

Symptoms: The numbers on the dashboard jump randomly

Emergency operation: Try to turn off the power and restart first, and replace the temperature probe if it doesn't work. Remember to calibrate the thermostat once a month. Don't wait until it goes off the scale before you regret it.

5. Constant abnormal noise

Symptoms: The machine makes a tractor-like noise

Raw solution: The bearing is probably out of oil. Add high-temperature butter to the transmission part after stopping the machine. If it still makes noise, you have to replace the bearing. Don't force it.

Remember this iron rule: idle for 5 minutes before going to work every day, and clean the hopper before leaving get off work. Maintain it well, and the machine will be less angry!
